Attention: The “fill and send” forms are best optimized for a laptop and/ or desktop if users wish to fill out the forms from their device. The forms can be opened on mobile devices, however users may not be able to fill out the forms from their mobile device, although forms can be printed and filled by hand.

So what do you need to switch?
Simply follow these 4 easy steps below and you will be banking with the best in no time!

First, fill out our request account form. Once filled and sent, we will get you all set up and you will receive your new debit card (you can also request for a credit card too). Don’t forget to enroll in online banking and take advantage of our mobile banking app!

Next, make a list of your autopay bills, then download our Auto Withdrawal Change form. Fill it out, then send the copies to where they needs to go.

After that, send a direct deposit change form to your employer. Simply fill it out and email or hand this to your boss or HR.

Lastly, cancel all previously used ATM & bank debit cards, then close the account(s) at your previous bank. We even have this change of bank/ account form you can use to finally break free from your old bank!
